No Distraction: Stay Focused

Do you find yourself mindlessly scrolling through shorts and reels for hours? Meet No Distraction, the ultimate productivity tool designed to help you break the cycle of digital addiction. Unlike standard app blockers, No Distraction gives you surgical control over your smartphone usage, allowing you to block the entire app or just the most addictive features within them.

Whether you are a student preparing for exams, a professional aiming for deep work, or a parent managing a child's digital wellbeing, No Distraction is your partner in reclaiming your attention.

ℹ️ Important Disclosure regarding Accessibility Services:
No Distraction uses the AccessibilityService API to provide its core productivity features. To help you stay focused and reduce screen time, this service allows the app to:

- App Restrictions & Timers: Monitor which applications are currently open on your screen. This is required to identify when a restricted app is launched or when your pre-set usage timer (e.g., 1 hour for Social App) has expired, so No Distraction can automatically overlay a block screen.
- Social Filter (Feature-Specific Blocking): Detect UI elements and specific sections within social media apps (such as Shorts, Reels etc). This allows the app to block only those specific addictive sections while keeping the rest of the application functional.

The AccessibilityService API is used solely for these monitoring and blocking functions. No Distraction does not use this API to collect, store, or share any personal data, keystrokes, or private information. This permission must be manually granted by the user in the device settings for these features to operate.

🚀 Key Features for Peak Productivity

- Smart App Blocking: Instantly disable any application with a simple toggle. Stop distractions before they start.
- Feature-Specific Blocking: Our unique "Social Filter" allows you to block specific sections like Shorts, Reels, and Spotlight pages while keeping the functional parts of the app (like messaging or other contents) accessible.
- Custom Usage Timers: Set a daily "Time Budget" for specific apps. Once you hit your time limit, the app locks automatically until the next day.
- Screen Time Insights: View your habits through a clean, simple bar chart. See exactly what percentage of your day is spent on social media versus productive tools.
