Customer service hardly ever respond to my questions, plus if they do, it is in Spanish. I can't read or speak Spanish. However, the rookmotion is a phenomenal fitness tracker and the ONLY one designed for Kangoo Jumps. When I get my Kangoo certification, I plan to sale/use them in my gym. I give it a perfect score (10) for the tracker and a (5) for customer service.
