2026-08-02	Su*****	contents is meh at best. they don't explain the stretches. uses AI slip voice overlay that's annoying. they don't have the best routines. if you try to cancel they revoke access to the account for the remaining time you paid for.

2026-07-26	Ka*****	A little disappointed. Only a handful of programs have video demos. For most of them you have to read long descriptions of how to do the movements which is not user friendly. Good content. Would 5 stars if there were available for everything or most.

2026-07-23	Co*****	Edit: At the end of the day it's a scam to take people's money if they forget; why auto charge a year instead of a month ? You use your policies to hide behind, saying you can't issue a refund. Be careful with the free trial. I never activated or verified my account but Pliability went ahead and charged for $170 for an annual membership through my banking info that they got from Whoop. I clicked that I was interested in a free trial provided by Whoop and the rest was history.
