Robot Junkyard Tycoon is a factory management game where you start in an abandoned junkyard and work your way up to running a fully automated robot manufacturing facility. Scavenge piles of discarded metal, salvage usable parts, and assemble them into functional robots that you can upgrade and sell for profit.
The game features three distinct robot classes, each with unique construction requirements. Worker Bots handle general labor and are quick to produce. Heavy Bots are powerful industrial machines built for demanding tasks. Scout Drones are aerial units equipped with sensors to locate rare components buried deep in the scrap heaps.
Every scavenge run yields different materials. Gears, circuit boards, power cores, sensors, and frames vary in rarity and determine the quality of robots you can build. Strategic resource management is key to progression. Invest your earnings into factory upgrades such as automated conveyors, scrap magnets, precision assembly arms, and AI-driven production modules to increase output without manual effort.
The factory expansion system lets you scale your operation over time. Higher factory levels unlock greater inventory capacity, more robot slots, and access to advanced automation. Ten distinct upgrades are available, each providing meaningful improvements to your production pipeline.
An in-game encyclopedia provides detailed information about every robot type, component, factory system, and gameplay strategy. Eleven achievements track your milestones from your first scavenge run to becoming a full-scale industrial tycoon.
