Robomow App 2.0 reviews are dominated by connectivity and feature regressions. Bluetooth pairing is unreliable and often fails, updates frequently remove useful features like manual remote mowing, and login requirements with password/account issues create barriers. Additional gaps include limited diagnostics/history, lack of multi-base-station support, and stability problems (crashes, forced stops). A few users report occasional successful connections and nicer UI in some builds, but overall experience is inconsistent and pushes users toward alternatives.

Pros

UI improvements in newer app versions (looks nicer).
Occasional successful connections to certain mower models (e.g., RC304 Pro, RS615u) indicating progress in some updates.

Cons

Persistent Bluetooth connectivity issues: cannot connect to the mower, needs to be very close, or fails to pair across updates.
Removal of manual remote mowing and other useful features, forcing users to rely on less capable or unavailable functionality.
Mandatory account login to use the app, with frequent email/password login issues and password reset failures; some users report serial numbers being tied to accounts and not being reusable.

After the last update an old problem is back. Icons flying fast over the main screen. App is unusable, cannot connect to mower anymore.

I did a great job installing the perimeter wire, only had to adjust in 3 different areas. The RS612 mower cuts very well. The app is ok but the remote control function only allows you to move the mower with the cutting blades stopped. I still haven't figured out the relationship between the app which is used to program, start and stop the robot on your cell phone And the web site that seems to contain the only method to schedule the mowers days and time to cut. Going well since 2020!

Since the update I can no longer use my mower. App access blocked by serial number that is in a illegible sun bleached sticker and password reset on the website does not work. One list customer.
