2024-04-24	St*****	Easy to use and well laid out, but one big issue is that all the checks reset if your phone screen goes off. This can make it hard to do the checks sometimes as you need to constantly use one hand to keep touching the phone screen and can't risk putting phone down for 30 seconds.

However, for the last month or 2, it has failed to connect to the network, which means checks aren't being uploaded, I have also got a new vehicle which isn't showing on the app with my own phone but does on the company phone. No support/assistance has been offered for this problem.

2023-08-24	Na*****	Owners dont seem to be replying to reviews, do they look at them. I find the is good but it keeps knocking me out when screensaver kicks in, which it does while doing checks, then i have to start all over again keeping the screen live. I see this has been mentioned before, will the company give feed back?
