Worst customer experience. They cancelled my Islamabad-Lahore booking the night before travel. A representative rebooked me for a return trip, which they also cancelled just one hour later! It has been a full month since July 16th, and I am still chasing my refund. Every helpline call results in the same scripted "wait 2–3 days" lie. Zero transparency, no email tracking updates, and absolute disrespect for a traveler's time. Avoid them if you have urgent travel plans.
