Loved every moment of my stay. the front desk staff is Amazing and helful. shoutout to Brianna. Her customer service was on point. shout out to the Manager Mr. Price. We had an incident in the room but they were sble to get us another room on the same floor quickly and we were accommodated at the airport nicely. It was also my grandsons birthday and Mr Price ensured we had reservations at the Steakhouse and my grandson had a cake and tge staff sang happy birthday. the beach party was fun too.

The UX of the app is really bad, anytime I hit the back button goes to the main screen where I need to select the hotel where I'm staying again, this maybe works on iOS but not on Android. Also it doesn't remind where I'm staying, if I'm on the current booking dates obviously I want to check the hotel amenities and map, not book a new hotel the app works well to make restaurant reservations, but to use it is really painful
