Ritme - track your rhythm

Ritme is a private, offline social-rhythm tracker for people living with bipolar disorder and anyone who wants to stabilise daily mood, sleep, medication and activity patterns.

What Ritme does
- Morning/evening mood check-ins with chips for activities, energy and sleep
- Medication planner with reminders on clock or rhythm (SRT) time, plus intake tracking
- Appointments, crisis plan with fixed contacts, diary and warning signs (voortekeningen)
- Statistics and reports to spot patterns in mood, sleep and rhythm
- Biometric unlock with PIN fallback

Privacy first
No account needed. Everything stays on your device (Android: local storage), protected with a PIN and optional biometrics. Push notifications run on-device, no tracking.

For who
Designed for people with bipolar disorder and those in guided care to observe their own rhythm. Ritme is self-observation and replaces no medical advice - please consult your care team for medication and treatment questions.
