2026-06-16	D'*****	The only app in my Arsenal that does not work at all. Resident Experience has been a weird experience thus far. Hopefully the necessary fixes will be conducted soon. Currently, it's a bit annoying.

It is full of awful third-party aggressive adds and has heavy heavy amounts of personal information collected. Read the EULA. I do not recenond touching this app. this app has fake 5 star reviews! sort by 5 stars, and there is a post from 2024 about a tv app called tubi. Do not use this app.

This company also doesnt let you avoid a nonsensical."convenienve fee" that I never paid before my complex switched to this "experience."
