Rinnai Central™ is a versatile Chrome extension designed for both PROs/installers and Rinnai tankless water heater owners. PROs can remotely set up appliances via Bluetooth, register products, configure customer Wi-Fi modules, access the latest documentation, take online training, order parts, troubleshoot issues, and find rebates.

Rinnai tankless owners can control water temperature, activate recirculation for faster hot water, schedule heating times, receive real-time status and maintenance alerts, and find professional installers locally. Compatible with Rinnai residential and commercial tankless water heaters (2006 models and newer) featuring the Wi-Fi module (sold separately). This extension streamlines water heater management and support, enhancing user convenience and efficiency.

Pretty terrible. For an app that's supposed to be used everyday it is a poor experience. There's next to no feedback to any of the actions you perform and the feedback that it does give you is unreliable at best. Running recirculation may or may not work. I ALWAYS have to log out and log back in to get it to properly connect to the water heater to get hot water. Beyond annoying. Hope the developers fix this since it is an essential app for people.

Terrible experience. App can't find module. Hold red button to reset several times. Only connects to a dedicated 2.4ghz SSID. Doesn't work with band steering where 2.4ghz and 5ghz have same SSIDs. Finally connected but every button press gave "connection failed" error. Neither installer or tech support was able to fix. You must connect to device then reinstall the app to get it to work. Now most features work except changing temperature in the UI. Bad app and bad wifi module.
