This flat is mine and there is zero jogh court hearing is happening. do not buy this flat because the bank dolicitor local council snd police have done z systemic fraud.this flat worth 270 as seen real price with ful 99 leas is 310000. if you buy it you need to hand it back the flat is locked at RCJ
