Rightmove Property Search is generally praised for being easy to use with lots of listings and a feel of staying on the pulse of the property market, and is seen as a good tool for window shopping and planning purchases. Major drawbacks cited across reviews include reliability issues (crashes, won't load/open, back button exiting), limited and poor search/filters (no EPC, square meters, price history or sold-price search; radius/filter bugs), problematic saved-search/list management (only 3 recent searches kept, can't remove items), and outdated or irrelevant results such as already let listings.

website is actually better than app! can create a load of filters and just save the search as a link on your home screen, while the app you cannot save if has more than 1 property type in filters... useless app when website is way better
