Out of 10 rides, only 4 were with courteous, professional drivers. The rest were rude or dismissive. Customer service rarely responds. The only reply I received was to point out my mistake, while my other concerns went ignored. Night rides are especially unreliable. I once waited over an hour, watched my driver miss my stop, cross the river, and falsely mark himself as arrived. I was stranded and had to wake someone for a ride. People depend on this service.
