I had some times where my rides were being canceled but that's when I had requested a ride in the evening after 9. But all my other rides have been cool. There's some drivers who smoke & their vehicles smell but those are things you can't always control. I am appreciative of those that do perform this service

I havent order a ride yet but the key on the map telling you the areas and colors that they cover is really irritating. I'm not able to close it or minimize it, so because of it I'm having more issues looking for locations to drop my pins. It might be easier to use on a computer but as far as a phone goes the key on it is inconvenient. Really it's something the creators should look into changing.
