2022-07-23	Ma*****	New update version 1.0.129 is far better than old. Loading much faster with better layout. However their service part need to be improved. Its very slow on multiple times. It took almost 1 hour to reach food from 1 KM away from the resturant to my location. They need to increase the number of delivery people and make their system more efficient to compete with the major deliveries before people starts moving to popular delivery Apps.

2022-06-29	Ga*****	Prices of food items in this App is same as you see in the actual menu of the restaurant. Swiggy and Zomato show overhiked prices (probably because of the % of profit they take). So ordering through this saves money. But the app interface and payment gateway needs to be improved. The cheap prices make up for it though ;)

2022-06-14	Ya*****	App is not very stable, slow to load, tracking & map display is subpar. Payment gateway works fine. Screens take longer time to load. Didn't face any issue with ordering. Delivery was also very proper Good difference in price. Popular apps display the same item with 3x - 5x times the price & give huge discounts. Super farce. I haven't seen that in Rezoy

2022-05-01	Se*****	The initiative is good. Ordering possible at actual rates.They need to give discounts to regular users atleast(would subscribe to some plan if so). However the app is an amateur/beta build. Unnecessary location permission ;have already clearly marked my delivery location on the app map and address column .The app also hangs up every regularly. 2 stars. UI is alpha. They deserve three stars as they don't overcharge like other apps👍🏼but delivery is the slowest as well.So don't order when hungry.

Swiggy and Zomato nowadays killing customers by charging hidden charges like packing charge, processing charge, delivery charge, taxes etc. Good initiative.. improve the app's UX and add more delivery staffs. You will definitely get more customers.

It results in a frustrating experience especially when you are hungry and you need to find extra cash and spend more time to make another order. The rates are lower by around Rs.20 per item compared to Swiggy and Rs.10 per item compared to Zomato. But, you don't get any discounts and effective final rates are very similar to that of other apps.

2022-03-19	Ba*****	Brilliant savings on this compared to the 2 big competitors out there! No ballooned costs on this app and hence no discounts or vouchers! Minimal fees and cost! The app interface needs improving for sure and rezoy needs to talk to the restaurants to get their whole.menu instead of 40-80% of menu coverage (Lot of items not available on the app)

2022-01-29	as*****	This APP is good but the delivery charges and the tax amounts are high. Price is low when compared to other APPs but after the tax n delivery charges are added, the final charge will be high compared to other APPs. They didn't have any coupon codes.

2021-11-13	Ra*****	Great initiative. While other apps like zomato/swiggy are looting people with extra charge, they are pretty straight forward. The app is user friendly and simple to use, it's just that I feel few more offers if provided will be really great. I do have a request, kindly do not extra charge customers like zomato or swiggy and please keep up the good job!
