4 star is for good delivery service. But app performance is not that good. Live tracking is not at all working. It's an essential feature. I am not expecting the same level of app experience as swiggy or zomatto. But it should have the basic fearures

New update version 1.0.129 is far better than old. Loading much faster with better layout. However their service part need to be improved. Its very slow on multiple times. It took almost 1 hour to reach food from 1 KM away from the resturant to my location. They need to increase the number of delivery people and make their system more efficient to compete with the major deliveries before people starts moving to popular delivery Apps.
