RepWings: Push Up Fitness Game

Push up to fly. Lower down to dive. RepWings is a push up fitness game that turns your home workout into a flight: your phone camera follows your body, and every push up steers Nugget the guinea pig through glowing crystal spires. No controller, no tapping, no equipment. Just you, your phone and the floor.

HOW THE PUSH UP GAME WORKS
• Put your phone on the floor facing you. The front camera tracks your shoulders.
• A quick calibration measures your own push up, so the course fits your range.
• Push up and Nugget rises. Lower your chest and Nugget dives.
• Hold the plank while the gaps stay high, then follow them down and back up.
The camera works as a hands-free push up counter, and only real, full-range push ups score.

A WORKOUT RHYTHM MADE FOR REAL PUSH UPS
Each level alternates rest and reps. Level spires give you time to hold the plank and breathe, then the gaps drop and rise for a push up, then you rest again. Every few reps there is a longer breather. It rewards slow, controlled push ups with good form, not frantic ones, so it works as a daily push up workout and a chest, arm and core workout at the same time.

30 LEVELS IN 5 WORLDS
Fly through Clover Meadow, Amber Canyon, Firefly Night, Aurora Peaks and Cotton Sky. Levels start with short sets of about 25 seconds and build to 2-minute push up challenges. Each world adds a new move: half push ups, slow lowers, pauses at the bottom and double push ups.

PUSH UPS FOR BEGINNERS
Can't do many push ups yet? Early levels are gentle, with plenty of rest. Half push ups and short sets help beginners build strength step by step. Touch practice mode lets you learn each course before you drop to the floor.

EARN 3 STARS
Finish a level to earn a star. Berries sit at the very top and bottom of each push up, so full-range reps earn the second and third star. Grab golden berries, build combos and pull off close calls.

ENDLESS FLIGHT: DAILY PUSH UP CHALLENGE
Endless flight gives everyone the same course each day. See how far you can fly, then challenge a friend to beat your score.

UNLOCK NEW FLYERS
Start with Nugget, then unlock a Dodo, an Axolotl and a Narwhal. All of them are famously bad at flying, all wearing the same borrowed wings. Some unlock as you clear spires, others by playing 3 days a week and keeping your weekly workout streak alive.

A FITNESS GAME FOR HOME WORKOUTS
• A bodyweight exercise game: no equipment, no gym, no sign-up
• Short workouts that fit a morning routine or a work break
• A fun workout game, or exergame, for anyone who finds workout apps boring
• Works offline, anywhere you have a clear floor

YOUR CAMERA STAYS PRIVATE
The camera is used only to follow your shoulders during play. Video is processed on your phone and is never recorded, saved or uploaded. No account and no ads.

PLAY SAFELY
Play on a clear floor with room around you, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. If you have a health condition or are new to exercise, check with a doctor before starting a new workout routine. RepWings is a game, not medical or professional fitness advice.

Drop down, push up and fly.
