Flapfit: Squat & Push Up Game

Your body is the controller.

Flapfit is a fitness game you play with push-ups, squats, wall sits, shoulder taps and high knees. Prop your phone against something, get into
position, and move. The camera reads your body and the game answers in real
time. Go down and the bird dives, push up and it climbs.

A half rep does not count. The game only responds when you finish the
movement, so there is no way to cheat a level. Form is the rule, not a
suggestion.

AN AI REP COUNTER YOU PLAY

Most rep counters ask you to type the number in afterwards. This one
watches. On-device AI pose tracking turns your phone into a workout counter,
and the count is the score. Miss the depth and the bird hits a pipe. It is
a camera workout that marks itself, and the marking is the game.

FIVE FITNESS GAMES, FIVE MOVEMENTS

Flappy is the push up game. Your chest going down is the bird going down.
Fly through the gaps. Chest, shoulders and arms, with a core that has to
hold a plank.

Limbo is the squat game. Drop under the gates as they come. Legs and glutes.

Avalanche is the wall sit. Hold the position; the longer you hold, the
further you get. Thighs and knees.

Swerve is shoulder taps. Tap each shoulder from a plank to steer down the
lane. Core and shoulders.

Pulse is high knees. Drive your knees up and hold the pace. Heart and lungs.

NO EQUIPMENT, NOTHING TO SET UP

No weights, no mat, no watch, no straps. No equipment at all. A phone
propped against a wall or lying on the floor is the whole kit. There is no
account to make and no questionnaire to answer. Open it and play.

IT WORKS OFFLINE

Pose detection runs on your phone, not on a server, so the games need no
signal. A home workout on a train, in a hotel room, in a garden with no bars
is the same workout.

ONE SET A DAY

A set takes a couple of minutes. Finish one and your streak goes up. Miss a
day and it starts again at one, unless you have a freeze in hand. There are
rungs at 30, 60 and 100 days.

DAY 30: THE SPOTLIGHT

Hold a thirty-day streak and your set can go on the home screen of every
player in the app. One player at a time, only if you put it forward, and you
can withdraw it whenever you like. Real people, who chose to be there.

YOUR CAMERA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

Pose detection runs on the device. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to
share a clip.

WHO IT IS FOR

People who will not go to a gym, who bounce off workout apps that are a list
of chores, and who will do two minutes of something that is actually fun. If
you have ever counted push-ups out loud and lost the number, this counts them
for you and gives you a reason to care about the number.

WHAT IT COSTS

The first game you finish is yours, free, for good. The other four unlock
with Flapfit Pro, weekly or yearly.
