2024-10-13	Sh*****	Rentelo is one of the worst rental services I have ever experienced. I booked my vehicle from Rentelo in Marathahalli, and the people there were highly unprofessional. Firstly, they don't know how to behave with their customers. Secondly, they are not reliable; they keep changing their words they don't have any professionalism. Thirdly, the condition of their vehicles is terrible. Think twice or thrice before booking with them.

Just one negative point what I felt is, that I have taken a scooter on rent for a month as I am in Bangalore for official work. Due to office decision my trip got preponed by 2 weeks. I had to return the vehicle but didn't get any refund for it. Maybe if they can work on this rule on prodata basis or something, it would help them have a better brand image.

2024-08-15	Af*****	Disgusting customer service experience. The agent was very rude and stubborn and doing cheat things just to extend the time and date for asking one day extra payment. Accepted the requested time and later on informed its not a valid time and you have to pay one day extra charge. I won't ever suggest anyone for Rentelo. Location: Bengaluru

2024-07-24	Ni*****	The bikes here are very good, good condition and the staff is also very good in behaviour. If you are in Bangalore near electronic City you can rent bikes from there for your weekend trips.

2024-07-03	Ni*****	Would've given 0 stars if given the option. Hire normal people who work at pick up points and at your support, not the goons that you have. Have a basic decency of keeping vehicles that actually have the capability to be ridden. Booked a Honda Activa 5G, and within 600ms of the pick up point, the vehicle breaks down. I am told that i am at fault and me and my friend were verbally abused by your executive at the pick up point. This is basic etiquettes i guess which you guys clearly lack,be better

2024-01-28	Hi*****	I have been renting from Rentelo for the past one month from the BTM Layout station, and their service is really good. The scooter is in good condition, and they make sure to give you a trial too before taking the vehicle! They make sure that the customer rides safe without any vehicular problems.

2023-10-03	ni*****	Customer care support is very bad, not even speaking. All are lying. As per the there cancellation policy there should be full refund if you cancel the ride withing 1 hr. I cancelled the ride within 5 mins after booking still they deducted the 10% amount. Even I'm trying to reach customer care there answers like "I'm busy now, call later". For the rest amount is also taking 4 5 days to refund. Don't use it very very bad experience.

2023-08-29	Sa*****	This app is completely fraud, I have booked a bike Honda Hornet for 999/- on 21st August and Due to some emergency situation I had to cancel the booking but they have not refunded my money yet although they have promised 100% refund. No customer care is receiving calls, no mail answer. Totally fraud.
