I will give 2 stars for bike condition. When so many bikes are available in good comdition then why they are giving bike which is making so much noise while applying break, self is not working, bike is getting off verynofyen in the middle of road. For rest all the things I will give 4 rating. 1 less for KYC takes too much time

I recently rented a bike from Freedo near Dumdum Surer Math, and the experience was excellent. The process was quick and download the app, verify KYC, book the bike, pay online, and pick it up. The staff were friendly, and both pickup and return were seamless, with just a quick inspection at the end. Affordable pricing (₹199 + ₹59 for an extra helmet for one day). The km limit was 120km/day. If you travel beyond 120km need to pay 2rs/km for the extra kms you drive.
