2024-08-16	Ma*****	Missing current state as displayed in device display on this app. Needs a lot of improvement regarding GUI and information provided..slow as hell keeps disconnecting after applying changes then asks to refresh the screen and gets stuck there....worst app ever...looking at other customers experience I wonder what I ve bought there.... product is terrible too since the noise levels of this air split 2 heat pump is a nightmare.

2024-06-07	Re*****	Wieso nicht all wichtigen Infos auf einen screen? Warmwasser könnte genau so einen Tab sein wie jede weitere Zone! Appliance State könnte auch gleich auf Home-Screen. "Energy and Savings" ist unbrauchbar! Wieso nicht den selben style des home Screens wenn die Zone ausgeschaltet wird? Dies führt bei Usern mit wenig technischem Verständnis zu zusätzlichen Schwierigkeiten! Wieso nicht die Grafik aufhellen und die Knöpfe unten entsprechend Färben? Praktikant erstellt und nie fertig gestellt?

2024-06-04	R.*****	nicht brauchbar! Weder kann ich den AP im Heizkessel mit dem Internet verbinden (und ja - ich weiß was ich tue), noch ist der Support in der Lage den Fehler zu finden. Unglaublich misserables Produkt.

2021-04-02	An*****	Useless. Followed all the steps in the elco manual, but I kept getting a unknown error when trying to register the product, even thought it has WiFi connection. And there was no option to find a device already on the network. Had to register the product, which doesn't work. Also, stop logging me out when I just want to go abort the product registration step.

Instabil, Abstürze, Suche nach SSIDs erst im dritten Anlauf, gebrochenes Englisch, Amateur UI.. Wer testet solchen Schrott?! Digitalisation: jaaa-jaaaa 😁! 1*. UPD: Schlimmer als gedacht: auch der Backend-Teil ist komplett fehlerhaft, gleich nach der Registrierung "authentication failed", das Ding bootet schon 15 Minuten, App crasht.. Bin Senior SW Enginner, also an mir liegt es wohl nicht 🤪!
