Simply does not work. I have set up the device for connecting, changed the network to 2.4, but nothing happens. The connection just times out and that's it.

App keep showing "Try refreshing the page" and showed product is online, but we are gathering more information needed to open the homepage. Please wait a few seconds and press "Refresh" BUT DIDN'T WORK. It's been 2 consecutive days. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling still the same issue. Please help.
