Even though there were not a lot of options to work with in the area (Paducah, KY), Emily was not readily accessible. It took her days to even 1 week to respond to questions or requests dropped on the chat. One occasion, I had to copy my consultant on email before Emily responded. Empathy was lacking in the move process by RELOCITY, Unfortunately, we felt abandoned on this. Thankful to have found something through a local realtor from a contact here.
