Rehabity is the patient app for physical therapy clinics that use Rehabity. Your
therapist builds your home exercise program, and the app guides you through it
day by day.

Please note: you need an invitation from your clinic to use this app. If your
clinic has not invited you, you will not be able to create an account.

How to get started
1. Your clinic enrolls you and emails you an invitation link
2. Open the link, or paste the invite code into the app, to set your password
3. Your program is already waiting. Start with today's first session

Rehabity supports the plan your therapist gives you. It does not diagnose
conditions, provide medical advice, or replace in-person care. Always follow
your therapist's guidance, and contact your clinic if something hurts or does
not feel right.
