RehabPath helps you stay organised while recovering from physical injuries by keeping your rehabilitation plan, daily activity, symptoms, milestones, notes, and progress exports in one privacy-first app. It is designed for people following guidance from a physio, clinician, or therapist. RehabPath does not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

What you can do:

- Custom Plans: enter your own rehab plan or import a selectable-text PDF from your clinician.
- Reviewed AI Import: PDF text is read on your device, detected personal details are redacted, and you review the exact text before it is sent to structure your plan.
- Today View: see your daily recovery tasks and mark exercises or custom activities complete.
- Symptom Logging: record pain, stiffness, fatigue, mood, sleep, confidence, and notes.
- Activity Logging: track exercises, daily activities, duration, and self-reported impact.
-Milestones: follow progress markers and keep achieved milestones visible for context.
- Progress Overview: review recent activity, symptoms, notes, milestones, and trends.
- Clinician Progress Pack: create a PDF summary for appointments, with sections you choose.

Optional AI Summary: generate a clinician-facing summary from structured metrics, then review and edit it before export.

Encrypted Backup: export an encrypted backup file that you control.

Privacy First: no RehabPath account, no cloud sync, no analytics, and no advertising trackers. App data stays on your device by default; optional AI features send only reviewed, redacted content when you choose to use them.
