ReflexBox is a reflex training app dedicated to boxing.
It is based on a simple and effective principle: each number corresponds to a boxing action (punch, footwork, or defensive movement).
A voice announces the numbers.

How does the training work?

1. Learn the fundamentals
Discover or review the fundamentals of boxing:
stance, footwork, attacks, and defense.
These basics are essential for effective and consistent training.

2. Associate numbers with actions
Each number is linked to a specific action.
This system helps build clear and efficient automatisms that can be used both in training and real situations.

3. Classic Combo Mode – Build solid automatisms
The Classic Combo Mode is based on fixed, realistic boxing combinations commonly taught and used in boxing.
The combos always stay the same
Only the order of the combos may change
The voice dictates the numbers smoothly and repeatedly
👉 Goal: memorize, structure, and automate boxing combinations without mental overload.

4. Random Combination Mode – Train pure reactivity
Once the basics are mastered, switch to the Random Combination Mode.
Numbers are announced unpredictably
You must analyze and react instantly
The training gets closer to real fight conditions
👉 Goal: reaction speed, coordination, and adaptability.
