Reel Counter: Scroll Tracker

Do you find yourself scrolling through Reels for hours without realizing it? 📱 Reel Counter is a digital wellbeing assistant designed to help you build healthier screen habits, track your scrolling patterns, and reclaim your time.

With a minimal, real-time floating overlay, Reel Counter counts exactly how many Instagram Reels you watch and alerts you when it’s time to take a break.

✨ KEY FEATURES:

• 🎯 Real-Time Reel Counter: See a live, unobtrusive overlay showing your count as you scroll through Reels.
• 🎚️ Custom Daily Limits: Set a daily target for the number of Reels you want to watch.
• 🔔 Instant Break Notifications: Once you hit your customized daily limit, the app alerts you with a gentle sound and screen notification so you can stop scrolling.
• 📊 Detailed Watch History: View interactive weekly bar charts showing your watched Reel tallies over time to track your progress.
• 🧠 Attention Span Analytics: Discover your typical viewing speed! Find out your average viewing duration before swiping and check if you are a "heavy scroller."
• 🔒 Fully Offline & Private: Reel Counter runs completely offline. None of your browsing history, scroll activity, or personal data ever leaves your device.

🛡️ WHY WE USE ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES:

To count reels and measure your viewing time, Reel Counter requires you to enable Android's Accessibility Service.

• What we detect: The service scans on-screen structural details of the active short-video viewer (such as author name or audio tags) to detect when you transition to a new Reel.
• ⚙️ How we use this: This data is processed locally on your device solely to calculate your daily count and attention span metrics.
• 🔐 Our Privacy Promise: We do NOT collect, store, upload, or share any personal information, search queries, or social media activity. The app is completely private.
