ReelBrake

Take back control of your time and focus with ReelBrake — the mindful screen time intervention app designed to break short-form video and social media doomscrolling habits.

Instead of hard, frustrating app blocks that lead to bypass frustration, ReelBrake introduces a gentle, scientifically proven friction technique: the Mindful Breathing Pause. When you open a distracting app, ReelBrake places a short, soothing breathing exercise over your screen, giving your brain the conscious pause it needs to break impulsive scrolling triggers.
