2024-11-27	Jo*****	Works really well for me. By monitoring the state of the battery and the sunshine I can make decisions about using power at times when it costs me nothing, keeping as much of my stored power as possible for when electricity charges are high.

2024-02-25	Br*****	The app is a pain it says the WiFi network is out when it's not im over hitting the bypass i knew there was a reason it took me over a year to get the app working on my New phone.I know the solor is working great apart from that just the app is a bit of a let down

One thing I'd like to see in future is the ability to enable notifications that tell you when you are experiencing a blackout as often I don't know until I walk past an appliance that isn't on the backed up circuit 🙂 if I knew I might turn more things off before I discharge my batteries...

2023-01-07	Wh*****	Love the app but keeps saying that I have a blackout an only seems to let me see what I'm using once a week kinda over it please sort it an update the app an today in the middle of the day an it is hot an sunny an it was telling me I'm buying power an I'm not getting it from the solar but was saying solar is working fine

2022-12-22	Ge*****	Good app that gives all the info you need on a phone. Crashes sometimes when you open it but clearing your cache gets it running again. Web portal can give much more info, and if you ask Redback to eneble analysis is absolutely awesome data. I am very happy with the Redback Hyrid Inverter after a years use. Great in a power outage. As an electrician, I highly recommend Redback as a hybrid battery/solar solution.

2022-11-26	nt*****	Constantly disconnecting from my system, if it auto re connected like nearly every other wifi connection it wouldn't be so bad but having to reset the inverter multiple tomes a day is painful. If I am not home I simply can't use the app once it disconnects.

2022-10-16	Da*****	About 80% of the time when i open app it says something went wrong on our end and i cant access any info. Also i have victron app for my car and caravan which is much more informative and gives a lot of control to the user. Very basic app that only works occasionally.
