I have used several other battery Bluetooth apps. This one is the least useful and buggyest of the lot. I cannot recommend it and will not be buying any more redodo batteries.

Fails to recognize that location permissions have been granted on Android 12. What a waste. No, I don't think your service email is of much assistance either. I even granted every permission manually to see if that would help. Your app complains that I haven't given location permissions (which I know from developing NineRiFt is required to see nearby BLE devices) when I absolutely have.
