Rebici Business: Loyalty

Rebici Business is the app your team uses at the counter. It turns a phone or a tablet into a loyalty terminal: scan a customer's QR code, grant stamps or points, hand over the reward, and keep a record of every one.

This is the business side of Rebici. Your customers use the free Rebici app to hold their cards. You use this one to run them.

THREE KINDS OF PROGRAM

Stamp cards. Up to 20 stamps per card, with milestone rewards along the way and a final reward at the end. Grant several stamps in one transaction and every milestone crossed unlocks together. Pick the card color, the stamp icon and its color so the card looks like yours.

Point programs. Set your own conversion rate from purchase amount to points, fractional rates included. Points are calculated on the server, so no two devices can disagree. Add as many rewards as you want, each at its own point cost.

Memberships. Give a customer a benefit for a fixed period, such as a standing discount on eligible products. You define the benefits, the limits and the terms. Your staff validate the membership each time it is used.

Run as many programs at once as your business needs, and choose which branches each one belongs to.

FAST AT THE COUNTER

Open the app, scan, confirm. Customers are enrolled on their first transaction, so there is nothing for them to sign up for beforehand. No code on screen? Enter their member code by hand instead. Point programs show you the calculated points before you commit. And if the same customer already received a stamp today, Rebici warns you before granting another.

BUILT FOR A TEAM

Add an employee by scanning the code on their phone. Set a device up for one employee or share it between several, assign it to a branch, and build roles that grant only what each person needs: granting stamps and points at the counter, redeeming rewards, and opening the console tools for customers, employees, posts, programs, statistics or the company itself. Require a PIN where it matters. Every transaction records who made it, on which device, at which branch.

The console shows stamps granted, points granted, rewards issued and rewards redeemed, filtered by date. Open your customer list to see anyone's programs, balances and history with your business.

GETTING STARTED

Sign in with Google or an email address, add your business name and logo, create your first program, and start scanning. You need an Android phone or tablet with a camera and a few minutes.
