2026-09-01	Je*****	Has always been awful, if not completely useless. But now, after the most recent update, it kicked me out and won't me log back in. Not sure this service is worth the extra expense of delivery when i can get the water for half the price at the hardware store... probably going to cancel (if i can figure it out, since their app/website/customer service is all sub-par)
