I only have one issue and that is that my son got stuck on one word and the AI did NOT catch that word. it kept saying my son read that word when he only sounded out the first 3 letters of the word. if I wasn't watching and listening my son would have read the whole story while just sounding out thos 3 letters Everytime that word came up. Thank you for creating this,

2026-08-15	Ca*****	so disappointed, I subscribed, the money was taken from my bank and it still tells me to pay my subscription. absolutely nothing I try will work. subscription cancelled and now $30 down which I could not afford to begin with but figured it's for my child. really disappointed.
