2023-09-11	Eb*****	Had poor experience using this apps as I been travelling few countries and checked in few premier lounge and showed my apps ID to officer .however ,its not credited points to my apps .and CS mentioned denied my appellation .I hope apps user alert on this issue.make sure the points has credited .else ,you unable to appeal it .
