2023-07-26	Ro*****	Reach Mobile is fine, as a reseller of Verizon services. BUT, if you really want to see what kind of provider they are, wait until you try to switch from Reach to another carrier! They make switching almost IMPOSSIBLE! Reach is OK, as long as you are willing to stick with them FOR LIFE. But, unless you are ready to make a LIFELONG commitment to one cell service provider, steer clear of Reach Mobile!

2022-10-21	wi*****	Data stopped working even though I had an Unlimited plan. And now the app is glitched so I can't reup my account. But Phone calls still work even though I haven't paid in months.

2022-03-01	Br*****	The service doesn't work at my house and doesn't allow me to use wifi for calls. Will be switching soon for this reason. I tried to like it, but it just doesn't work. I get double text messages, missed text messages, the voicemail box is full with only a few saved messages. It's fairly cheap and I do like the charitable nature of the service... I just don't like doing cartwheels to get texts to send...
