2024-05-08	Ri*****	It worked fine, allowing me to edit my appointment times on the fly so that I could easily communicate times between my office and my customers, until something broke internally inside the app. Now, I cannot edit times on service appointments at all. Attempting to do so causes a minor crash of the app and it reverts two screens backwards into the scheduler where the list of service requests are. I have uninstalled the app, cleared my cache, done everything I can think of and nothing works.

App is excruciating to use unless you have perfect 5G service at all times And the app becomes completely unusable anytime it's trying to do anything because the developers were not smart enough to put in background synchronization. Anytime the app needs to synchronize the database or upload an attachment or basically do anything It just becomes completely unusable. Would rather use a notepad at this point.

Finally going to take the step back and return to the better ways and better days before I signed up for this service. If you're wanting to try something new, don't get mixed into this. If you do try this out, be ready with excedrin, backing things up, password resets quarterly with bullet point dots covering the current and the new and the confirm password, taking screen shots, hiking prices, hidden fees, etc etc...

2023-08-31	Ch*****	The app has gotten better over the years. when it's working, it's great. when it stops working, it's down until their support team can reboot our server, then it comes back on. just a slight inconvenience. I'd like there to be an easier way to search for customer's previous service tickets (outside of the JIT) other than having to type out the customer's name and then do the online search. I feel like this could just be an option to click on when you have the customer's information already up.

2022-04-04	Ja*****	Been using them for many years now. Support is very responsive when needed. Have not experienced Sync issues that others have. Love that it can be customized to fit your business. I run an appliance repair business and if you take the time to setup how you want it, the system is great! Nothing is perfect but this gets the job done very well compared to other mobile field apps and services.

2022-03-18	St*****	Our company uses this and it constantly just syncs for hours and hours. It syncs more than I use it. Then it puts the JIT setting on and syncs even longer. It would be a nice app if 90 percent of the time wasn't spent syncing.

We have paid tens of thousands of dollars over the last couple years you trying to use this app and continually gets worse with every update I have even spent $1,500 of my own money to pay their engineers to make an upgrade just to upload photos I'm more than one at a time and the app continually locks up deactivates accounts logs you out and their servers must be the worst in the industry as a constantly lock up if you're looking for a scheduling software program

2021-03-15	Ja*****	I've had the service for 3 years. It gets buggier and buggier. It used to be rare that I had any problems. Now it runs into synchronization issues daily. I can't even reliably close jobs, process invoices or run credit cards anymore.
