Cuando un rappitendero se lleva el producto, y su estado no cambia a "entregando", luego el pedido se cancela, no se me paga el producto, y no le llega al cliente. Soporte solo me dice que el pedido fue cancelado y no me brinda nimguna solución. Hagan algo para que esas cosas de arreglen. No solo digan "fue cancelado" y luego noa ignoren.
