User Reviews

Reviews are overwhelmingly negative. The most repeated problems are being unable to log in and being unable to complete ticket purchases. Users also report missing tickets or booking history, unreliable event search, and a confusing interface—especially during seat selection and payment. No recurring positive points appear in the reviews.

Pros

Cons

Frequent login and account-access failures, even when the same credentials work on the website.
Ticket purchases often fail or stall, including during payment and seat selection.
Tickets, bookings, or booking history may disappear or become inaccessible.
Clumsy, confusing interface and poor mobile usability.
Event search may fail to find events; some users say the app mainly opens a website.

Recent reviews

Utter rubbish for booking tickets as the moment you toggle out at the payment page to authenticate the transaction on your card, you lose all your progress and the selected seats. I lost my Cat 1 seats thanks to this stupid app. I had to settle for Cat 4 ones by the time I had access to a PC to complete my purchase. Also the seat selection page feels clumsy and not optimized for mobile use.

useless app that brings you to a website anyway. ruins the payment process and brings you back to the page and does a seat countdown with no buttons to bring me back to pay it.
