Recent reviews

Business Failure. Before even downloading this app as a forced prerequisite to obtain purchased tickets - i was able to determine; given the large number of reviews and the embarrassingly low rating garnered, compiled with the lack of response or reply from the business - that ticketek do not have customers as a priority or concern - that the business is poorly managed, that their IT department is moreorless non existent and that given the option - one should avoid ticketek if possible.

Forced to download the app to accept a ticket gifted to me, then the app doesn't even work - despite accepting the ticket it never appeared in my digital wallet. Very poor user experience.
