2026-07-09	An*****	It works.. but isn't very user-friendly. the UI is dated and needs a major overhaul - even if you just throw Claude code at it to refresh. there is a delay on functions. overall it works. it just takes getting used to the bad UI. it would be nice if they can think about us using the metric system and allow celsius temperatures at the very least. I can't figure out if the rain monitor is working

2026-07-09	ro*****	This app in the controller is a pain. I regret buying it. I'm seriously thinking of removing this controller and re installing my old one. So difficult to set and too difficult to go through the variety of settings. The old controller was much easier and quite simple to set up and use. Rainbird needs to go back to the drawing board on this one.

2026-07-05	Fr*****	wow , i am an irrigation professional and this rain bird app is trash. its got poor communication, takes forever to load and hardly ever works. We stopped purchasing rainbird clocks now for this reason . hunter hydra wise is so much better is surprising there in the same class. hydro rain and orbit work better than still damn thing.

2026-07-02	J *****	have to constantly turn off and on to connect app, about once a month have to reboot controller, last time had to factory reset everything lost all programs, seems to know when I need to water lawn treatment in and fails.

2026-07-02	Da*****	Embarrassingly bad. Just not reliable at all. Programmed so poorly that it shows up as a selectable app in all the wrong circumstances. Unsure why you're comfortable putting your brand name on it.
