Recent reviews

The point of having the app is to allow the user to adjust and control when each station turns on and off. its not rocket science, ON - OFF. why is this simple concept so complicated for RainBird. This 2.0 version is useless and extremely frustrating. if the program is set to run at every 3 days, without any automatic delays or special features. Then i expect it to run every three days rain or shine. not when it feels like turning on. I've reported this issue numerous times in the app.

After troubleshooting on my own for days, I called CS. They advised it's a known problem with the app. A customer service email would have been nice. It's pretty terrible overall. It worked ok for about 2 months and now it's a complete joke. Doesn't respond to commands, doesn't run in correct order, can't end a cycle that isn't even running, and so on. No estimate when it will be fixed. I'm researching alternatives and returning this junk. Very disappointing.
