2026-07-23	B *****	If you're thinking of opening an account with them, avoid at all costs. Terrible, terrible people run this company. They do not want Canadians to succeed they constantly make it difficult for you to even access your account, all they care about is themselves and making themselves money. Avoid greedy despicable people like this who don't have Canadians interests at heart simple as that!!

2026-07-03	Sa*****	worst customer service. they take hours to reply, I have chatted twice to get a call back from supervisor and they still didnt call me. I thought of moving from wealthsimpl to questrade but looks like questrade is a waste of time.
