Easy to use / user-friendly interface.

I changed my rating to a 5 star because I thought I was being scammed but I read it wrong, I guess once you fill an order it takes 3 days to be excepted so my money didnt get scammed I just jumped the gun. so my money is safe and all is good. my tesla stock has already earned me 1$ I am excited to see where this goes. sorry Q trade for giving you a bad review. its all better now.

customer service is garbage, constantly asking for text or call verification codes that either don't arrive, or arrive hours after. customer service are always in a rush to close the ticket and offload their work onto you, reconsidering keeping my money here.
