Smart solution for therapeutic adherence.
Medtrack promotes treatment adherence in patients with chronic diseases (e.g. diabetes, hypertension, HIV).
It includes optional medication reminders, recording of basic vital signs (e.g. weight, blood pressure) configurable by healthcare providers, and habit profiles. It does not diagnose, treat, or integrate with medical devices. Data is used only to improve adherence, with explicit consent.
