Mark doses as taken right from the home screen with a single tap, and log as-needed medications whenever you need them, with configurable minimum intervals to keep your records accurate.

MedTrackr's smart notification system sends reminders at the exact times you choose. If a dose goes unacknowledged, an optional follow-up reminder checks in after a window you define. Notifications include quick-action buttons so you can mark a dose taken or snooze a reminder without ever opening the app.

Your full history is always available — browse past doses by day, review exact timestamps, and see records for medications you've since removed. Nothing is ever lost.
