2023-07-04	A *****	Can't download it on my phone. Have tried numerous times phoned them as well. Loved the old app used it for everything, never had a drama with it. Bring back the old app, as the saying goes if it's not broken don't fix it. I miss using it, sick of logging into internet banking when the app was so easy.

2023-06-04	D *****	I can't even install it despite having a supposedly supported device. I have emailed & response was they're aware of the issue and that I should use browser banking in the meantime. I miss the old version, there was nothing wrong with it - I was at least able to install it to my phone, already miles above this updated version... :(

2023-04-26	Ei*****	Latest version is more difficult to get around with everything visually similar and more button pressing to reach Account Overview & Account Balances. (The front page of the app is "Logout" or "Take a tour", neither of which I want when I log in). Prefer the old version for navigation, and very much miss the ability to customise accounts (was how I distinguish my accounts). Very happy with the new search function though, that's a big win.

2023-03-08	Cl*****	Can't pay bills or do transfers. I'm not sure if this is a glitch in the new app but I've had to use internet banking on the website to pay bills and make transfers because the app gets stuck when I try these options. The old app was much better!

2023-03-05	Lu*****	Loved the app and it's ease before. Don't like the new look. I could see more before and knew what I was looking at. Now it's harder to read and navigate. Hate when things get worse trying to get a face lift.
