I have tried all my documents, written as is right in front of me, and it won't accept any of them!?! Stupidest app ever and would actually be really handy for our family situation right now having to visit multiple hospitals and appointments for the next few years. Really disappointed.

2024-09-02	Si*****	Can't even log in anymore. I put in my details and it sends a code to my phone - after like 5 mins - and then says that code is not the correct code. Resend the code and 5 mins later the code is sent and that's still not the correct code! Useless app. Will not be using it and just ringing up the places to confirm when my appointments are, as that's just easier at this point than dealing with this app. Don't waste your time using this.

2024-08-09	Ro*****	Edited my review. The support once able to get on to them. But it has been expedited as time has gone on. It has been amazing. Getting access restored. The working app is wonderful. Helpful and informative. **App is still having issues. Does not want to load properly. Unable to see appointments and / or anything the dashboard doesn't load. Just sits spinning. It DID previously work but hasn't worked for me for a week now.

2024-07-18	ke*****	Disappointingly useless app. Just does not work at all, everytime I open it, it just says something went wrong & won't go any further, same thing on my wife's phone & also on the ipad app. Really annoying since we have lots of appointments to attend with our daughter & would be good to be able to keep track of them on the app rather than having to call the hospital all the time.
