There's literally no point to this app if you can't even get past the document verification. I have tried all my documents, written as is right in front of me, and it won't accept any of them!?! Stupidest app ever and would actually be really handy for our family situation right now having to visit multiple hospitals and appointments for the next few years. Really disappointed.

Editing...I am now receiving code and can access yourQH. Unfortunately even though I had a referral and one appointment nothing has been recorded. Making the app pointless.
