多數使用者反映全聯 app 常不穩定，出現系統異常和結帳失敗，註冊/驗證流程繁瑣且容易出現驗證碼問題，更新後仍難以順利使用。全支付綁定與使用上也存在困難，促銷與點數未自動套用或延遲發放，需手動操作。整體設計與穩定性不足，造成購物體驗經常受挫，儘管有少數提及 loy alty 功能的正向點。

安裝/開啟問題頻繁，更新後仍無法打開，分屏使用時容易崩潰。
全支付相關問題多，綁定困難、無法結帳、需先儲值，甚至與全支付與儲值兩個應用同時使用造成混亂。
折扣券/點數未自動套用，必須逐個查找和選擇，點數與發票福利有時延遲或缺失。

2026-07-19	Mi*****	如果要綁定px pay裡的小時達會清空全支付綁定的所有卡片和帳戶，重綁完怎麼選就是結帳失敗。如果沒有做好整合，就不要推升級，造成非常多困擾。

2026-06-29	Yu*****	我的原本預設卡片（玉山）綁訂pxpay可以用，可是同一張卡片快到期更新卡片後一直不能刷，已確定刪除卡片後重新輸入新卡片資訊，但還是一直跳出卡片效期錯誤（確認已經開卡，也可綁定line pay等其他支付工具且可使用，唯獨pxpay無法用）

2026-03-21	Gr*****	Takes way too long to set up a membership... that's with the highly knowledgeable cashier doing it. During the setup process, you must enter your password about 6 times to move to the next step, and must enter it twice each time. Then you need to wait a day for the membership to activate. CTBC, a major Taiwan bank, is not accepted though the same card is accepted at the store. Memberships at all other places are very simple to set up; what's wrong with this app? Lack of respect for customers.
